Reid Edwards
President
Reid Edwards is President and Founder of Maven Properties NW. Reid has been actively involved in property management since 2007, managing personally-owned rental properties purchased as value-add acquisitions as well as creating the property management division at John L Scott. Having subsequently worked for two national commercial real estate firms, his expertise from investment sales will help position your asset to achieve your long term investment goals. His passion for the industry and core values of Maven Properties NW is second to none and the driving factor for the company’s creation.
Jessica Packard
Vice President of Operations
Jessica joined Maven Properties NW in 2021 bringing over 15 years of experience in property management. She started in the industry as a part-time leasing consultant and quickly worked her way into an assistant role and onto property manager. Before joining Maven Properties NW, Jessica was the Senior Property Manager at Avenue5 Residential in Washougal, WA where she successfully managed multiple assets and developed strong client rapport via financial performance, compliance reporting, and resident management. She has a high focus on creative, solution- based problem solving and building the resident experience and has received multiple accolades including a training and development award, multi nominee at the industry ACE awards, and becoming a member of the mentor program within her previous roles at both Sequoia Equities and Avenue5 Residential.
Anela Bucan
Regional Property Manager - Western Region
Anela joined the Maven team in 2023 with over 16 years of multifamily experience. She began her career at one of the largest multifamily management companies in the region, quickly moving through positions from Leasing Consultant to Community Manager of various 300+ unit communities. She was the Project Manager of the Implementation and Initiative Team, developing standard policies and procedures companywide while also training and mentoring a network of 40+ peers. Anela has her Certified Apartment Manager certification through the National Apartment Association and has been a member of WMFHA since 2006. Anela brings elevated attention to detail operationally and a keen eye for resident satisfaction creating success for owners.
Lynn Houston
Regional Property Manager - Eastern Region
Lynn joined the Maven team in 2022 bringing over 15 years of experience in the real estate and property management industries. In addition to property management her previous roles span REO asset disposition, real estate financing, commercial leasing, and project management. In her previous role as an Asset Manager, she was recognized for driving the highest increase in sales volumes, bringing a wealth of experience in negotiating terms, ensuring compliance, and streamlining operations. As a Senior Property Manager Lynn successfully transitioned her property from a subsidized HUD program to a fully conventional model, boosting rental income by an impressive 30% and enhancing resident retention. Using her experience and knowledge to make a positive impact in her community, Lynn currently serves on the KHA Board of Commissioners with a specialized role in Finance. From revitalizing troubled properties to achieving remarkable financial turnarounds, her career has been dedicated to restoring stability and fostering growth in every project she undertakes.
